Pastor Rodney commenced his pastoral ministry at Berea Seventh-Day Christian Church in January 1994 and served faithfully until 2014.

During those twenty years, Pastor Rodney demonstrated an unwavering character of an exemplary leader. His impeccable integrity is noteworthy. His ministry is coloured with honesty, trustworthiness and confidentiality.

Pastor Rodney initiated and instituted the celebration of a Family Month at Berea and to date it’s a staple event on Berea’s calendar. Additionally, he introduced radio broadcast to Berea and the Caribbean Conference at large. The Radio Broadcast on RJR and the frequent features on Sunday mornings allowed our organization to be known globally.

Pastor Rodney is an excellent teacher, an outstanding and dynamic preacher. He has proven to be knowledgeable of the scriptures, and thus, use them to the advantage of his ministry.

He is a committed husband, father and family man whose life epitomizes what he preaches. His caring, kind-heartedness and warm personality has won the hearts of both young and old.

On this Berea’s 60th Anniversary, with great pride, Pastor Rodney is being saluted as a giant in carrying out the Lord’s mandate of feeding his sheep and spreading the gospel to all.
